Hi Everyone!

I wanted to let you guys know that i’ll be starting “Fitness Fridays” next week! As a new young mom it’s sometimes hard to find time to work out and eat right. I figured we could all go on the journey to being fit together and be each others support! I’ll post weekly what workouts i’ve done, ¬†and what healthy alternatives i’ve picked throughout the week. It should be a fun and rewarding ride! Be sure to comment below and let me know what you’d like to see more of on “Fitness Fridays”.

    I would like to see healthier ways to prepare foods, how to tone skin naturally, and ways to lose the ‘mommy pouch’ (abdomen) that I have struggled with after having my children.

  3. Hii! So excited for fitness Fridays! I saw on Instagram that you did a cleanse a while back. Can you do a blog about how effective you feel it was? Oh and maybe tips on how you prepare for a cleanse so that you stick to it.

    I have a nutribullet and smoothies are quick and easy but I’m getting bored with my recipes. If you have some recipes I would love to try them! Thanks!!
