I wanted to let you guys know that i’ll be starting “Fitness Fridays” next week! As a new young mom it’s sometimes hard to find time to work out and eat right. I figured we could all go on the journey to being fit together and be each others support! I’ll post weekly what workouts i’ve done, and what healthy alternatives i’ve picked throughout the week.
