Hi Guys I hope you all had an amazing week. The update for this week is in the video below 🙂 I also included a couple of photos of my go to “build a salad” salad version of the caprese for the week. It consists of baby arugula, sprouts, seas salt, tomatoes, mozzarella, avocado, grape seed oil and a bit of balsamic.  I hope you enjoy it!

  1. Thank you for your openness and being transparent with life struggles and etc. I have a 4 year old son and I still battling with weight loss and getting toned. Your blog really encourages, motivates and inspires me Ayesha! Nothing is in vain. Keep sharing to bless the world sweetheart! Warm hug, Wendy

  2. Hi Ayesha!!

I have to say I am enjoying all your Fitness Friday posts (along with all your other posts as well, of course!). You mentioned that you’ve been snacking on dark chocolate covered cherries, have you ever tried the Emerald Dark Chocolate Cocoa Roast Almonds?! They are soooo good and also a great “on the go” healthy snack. I’m a big fan of almonds and chocolate, so when I found these, I was ecstatic! IF you haven’t tried them yet, they are sold at Target! Let me know what you think! 🙂

ps. I’ve followed your blog since you were on Tumblr & I’ve met you a couple of times at the games. One day I hope I can meet you in a calmer setting & get your advice in person! Maybe discuss it over this tea you’ve been drinking? Lol, have a wonderful night!

    All the Best,
    Jeanie 🙂

  3. I love Tiny Tea! I’m almost done with the 28-day cleanse and I’m very happy with the results. I’m leaner and it sounds weird but I feel like I cleansed a lot through perspiration at the beginning lol! I also like to supplement healthy eating with green smoothies. Have you ever tried making bliss balls? I find them a good and super healthy snack that gives me clean energy. I make mine with dates, chia seeds, cacao powder, almonds, walnuts, and some coconut oil, covered in shredded coconut. After they’ve been in the freezer or fridge they have a cake-like consistency.

  4. PS I forgot to say that I can see results from your posts! You’re always gorgeous, but you’re definitely visibly slimmer! 🙂

  5. Hi Ayesha, I know you are planning to post your review of the tea soon, but where did you purchase your Tiny Tea Teatox pack? The website says they are sold out in the U.S. Also, you have great skin already, but did you feel like the tea improved your skin?

  6. Glad you’re doing so well, enjoying exercising and have more energy. I like the salad variation (love arugula and avocado)- so healthy and tasty. I’ve been walking a lot and dancing at home. Also eating less meat and snacking on nuts, apples and Greek yogurt. Lei is adorable. Is she a Maltese or a mix? Seems very mellow, too.
I have not been able to see other people’s comments??
