Wrapping up the work week with yet another quick and easy smoothie recipe that can be put together in a flash. I sneak a little flax seed in for fiber along with some agave for sweetness. Great way to unwind and end the week! Last day to enter the contest! Details below.

1 Cup of fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
1/2 Cup Coconut water (You can substitute as needed)
1/2 Cup mango
1/2 Cup plain greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons ground flax seed
1 Tablespoon agave (optional)
Simply place ingredients into blender and blend. If the consistency is too thick for you simply add more of your liquid ingredients or ice and continue to blend to your liking! So easy and so delicious.
Quick TIP: I love to put all of my fruits in Glad Freezer Bags at the beginning of the week for easy and convenient smoothie prep.
