Smoothie Giveaway Winner!

THE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SUNSHINE:
☀️️1 inch cube peeled ginger
☀️️1 inch cube of peeled turmeric
☀️️ 1 cup of pineapple
☀️️ 1 frozen banana
☀️️ 1/4 cup of mango
☀️️ 1/2 sweet potato peeled
☀️️ 1-1 1/2 cup of coconut milk
☀️️ juice of 1 lemon
☀️️ handful of ice
☀️️ 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder (optional)

Strawberry Smoothie

 

Wrapping up the work week with yet another quick and easy smoothie recipe that can be put together in a flash. I sneak a little flax seed in for fiber along with some agave for sweetness. Great way to unwind and end the week! Last day to enter the contest! Details below.

Strawberry Smoothie

1 Cup of fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
1/2 Cup Coconut water (You can substitute as needed)
1/2 Cup mango
1/2 Cup plain greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons ground flax seed
1 Tablespoon agave (optional)

Simply place ingredients into blender and blend. If the consistency is too thick for you simply add more of your liquid ingredients or ice and continue to blend to your liking! So easy and so delicious.

Quick TIP: I love to put all of my fruits in Glad Freezer Bags at the beginning of the week for easy and convenient smoothie prep.

Mango Dream Smoothie

 

This is so delicious! It reminds me of a bowl of sherbert ice cream in a glass, without all of the added sugar and calories.Perfect mid day or night time snack. We combine mango and blood orange to get a delicious and citrusy, yet light flavor.  We are nearing the end of our contest. So please be sure to enter using the details below. Mango Dream Smoothie

1 Cup almond milk (or nut milk of your choice)
1 Cup mango chunks
1 Peeled and sliced blood orange
4 Small pitted dates
2 Tablespoon lemon juice (approx juice of 1 lemon)
Pinch sea salt
1/2-1 cup ice (depending on desired consistency)

Simply place ingredients into blender and blend. If the consistency is too thick for you simply add more ice and continue to blend to your liking! So easy and so delicious.

Quick TIP: I love to freeze my fruit in Glad Freezer Bags at the beginning of the week for easy and convenient smoothie prep.

Yet another super easy smoothie recipe to share with you today! This one combines blueberries and coconut water along with a few other goodies to create a delicious concoction. Blueberries are chock full of nutrients and low in calories. Which make for a light but delicious pick me up. Don’t forget our contest is in full effect. Be sure to enter using the details below. Blueberry Smoothie

1 Cup of blueberries (You can make an easy switch to raspberries to make this smoothie if needed)
1 Cup of plain greek yogurt
1/2 Cup cubed mango
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon agave (optional)

Simply place ingredients into blender and blend. If the consistency is too thick for you simply add more of your liquid ingredients and continue to blend to your liking! So easy and so delicious.
